Made to Move Program

We believe that movement is not just about physical activity; it’s about community, connection, and empowerment. Made to Move offers a diverse range of movement-based workshops and classes aimed at encouraging, enabling, and engaging people to embrace a lifestyle of regular physical activity.

What We Offer:

Join us for weekly taster indoor and outdoor fitness and movement-based classes designed to inspire you to move and get active. From invigorating 5K runs to energising dance, Empowering Pilates, Relaxing Yoga, the Flow of Qigong, and accessible movement classes suitable for everyone.

These sessions are free for the community, thanks to the generous funding from the European Capital of Sports Legacy Fund. So, come join us, meet new friends & discover new activities.
